About Us

Steve and Cindy Carcelli, owners of Fox’s Pizza in NuMine, are local residents of Rural Valley and have lived here for 10 years. Part of our passion for a great customer experience is due to being in business in our own neighborhood.

Cindy was the former employee and eventual owner of a Personal Care Home in Punxsutawney, PA for 14 years, and during that tenure, her and her staff cared for over 100 different clients. She has since worked as a manager of a Home Health Care Outlet and as a Licensed Realtor.

Steve was a former Vice President for Brooks Eckerd Pharmacy and Rite Aid. He left the corporate world in February of 2008 after 30 years of continuous service. Having always wanted to own his own business, a Fox’s Pizza franchise was an easy choice for Steve and Cindy.

Angela Marie Incorporated is the parent company of Fox’s Pizza of NuMine. Named after Steve’s daughter and Cindy’s step-daughter Angela, the company was formed in May of 2008. Angela is a multiply handicapped young adult who lives in upstate New York. Her positive outlook and affection for others despite many many obstacles, was a key inspiration in naming the company after her. Besides Angela, Steve has an adult son Frank and Cindy has an adult son Michael and daughter Kimberly respectively.
